Chardonnay Cardèto

Bright straw yellow; give aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is pleasantly fruity, with a beautiful freshness and a long finish. Ideal with sea cruditè, first and second fish. Serve at a temperature of 10 °C.

The back label of this wine tells the story of this Orvieto area, where there is the Palazzo dei Sette. In medieval times this building was the seat of the Seven Consuls that represented the main arts, corporations and crafts of Orvieto. Later it became the property of the Papacy and residence of Antonio Sangallo. When Orvieto was an important municipality, it was the seat of the Governor. Nowadays it used for exhibitions, conferences and events.
