the Moro tower, is the crossroads of the four districts of Orvieto; called Pope's Tower, it was later renamed Moro Tower in honor of one of the lords Raffaele di Santo, called ithe Moro. On the basis of the Tower, long Costituente street, there is an inscription taken from the Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri, which refers to the fierce medieval disputes between the powerful local families Monaldeschi and Filippeschi: " "Vieni a veder Montecchi e Cappelletti, Monaldi e Filippeschi, uom sanza cura, color già tristi, e questi con sospetti!"
